A new update has been released for Escape From Tarkov today, May 24, and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch. While a patch was released earlier this month that fixed a wide range of bugs involving AI and animations, this update addresses even more issues.

It wasn’t a scheduled patch though and it’s quite a small download, so don’t expect any major new additions. Still, there are some noteworthy new changes for all you Scavs and PMCs out there. Here’s everything new with the May 24 update for Escape From Tarkov.

Escape From Tarkov May 24 Update Patch Notes

Since this update was not announced ahead of time, Battlestate Games hasn’t released any details about it yet. However, a user on the Escape From Tarkov subreddit was able to compile a list of changes made with this patch. Here’s what’s new:

  • Carry limit for MPPV and LBT-1961A is now 2.
  • Can’t be dropped in raid anymore: Moonshine
  • Discard Limit 1:
    • Smoke balaclava
    • Shroud half-mask
    • Fake mustache
    • Pestily plague mask
    • Bomber beanie
    • Kotton beanie
  • Discard Limit 4:
    • DevTac Ronin ballistic helmet
  • Discard Limit 20:
    • Vog-17
    • RGN
    • RGO
    • F-1
    • VOG-25
    • RGD-5
    • M67

If Battlestate Games releases an official list of patch notes for this update, this post will be updated. In the meantime though, there’s plenty to do in Escape From Tarkov even with a wipe coming sometime this summer. Make sure you know where to find useful items like Sewing Kits, how to squad up with your friends during raids, and how to get Twitch Drops when they’re available.

Escape From Tarkov is available now on PC.
